Capture missions turned exterminates incorrectly displaying extraction marker

Self explanatory. On multiple occasions , when I've had a capture mission turn into an exterminate, the green extraction marker sometimes appears even though I haven't killed all the enemies yet. This is pretty annoying because it makes me think I'm done when I'm not. Has anyone else run into this issue?
