From personal experience of me and a few others, I can say the following: - Since you are a new player with just 33 days, you'll prob. get one relatively soon(-ish) but there's no real set mark here. It is very likely to happen, though. - For an old-time player, I find that actually not logging into the game for 2-5 days seems to boost discount chances by quite a bit.
