Loadout Revamp

Since the convenience of a small list appearing when selecting loadouts has changed to a window of itself from a small list, but not actually giving us anything more than what we had before. The change is quite negative and needs a reason to exist.

To give it a reason you should implement editing the load out from that screen, not changing guns or frames in it but changing which configs are used, or at least displayed. Many loadouts aren't one-dimensional, and there's too many situations for that to happen so the ability to switch from Anti-grineer/corpus/infested/sentient/corrupt configs is quite important and a feature this really should have.

 

And for the blind : Loadouts refers to the button on navigation. Not the Arsenal (though a button leading to loadouts is in the arsenal).
