Banned from chat for 7 days?

Question

So just today, I logged onto waframe and got a message in my inbox. Apparently, I am now chat banned for 7 days due to inappropriate language. I usually leave my computer on when I do other stuff and I am 100 percent sure that I did not say such things. I have a little brother that thinks saying racial slurs is funny. I slapped him. Is there any way to shorten or lift this ban?

By the time support replies to you, your ban would have naturally lifted or they would tell you no. So you're gonna have to wait it out.

Till then, take this as a learning point to never let anyone else on your account, and disable region chat for better quality of life.

As for the brother thing, I understand. Sometimes my hamster likes to jump on my Warframe account and trashtalk in my clan.

^ Not saying you're a liar, but see the difficulty in proving it really 'was your brother'?

That's usually a diet or sleep issue. See if you can find a good pelletised feed, and supplement with veggies, occasionally adding a little bit of protein is a good idea. And making sure that the cage is dark and in a nice quiet area so they get the rest they need.

Gotcha. He's on the phase where he hates green, and is very edgy. Everything is boring and lame right now.

It's hard, taking care of a hamster.
