First you make opticor vandal really weak now you nerf its disposition because you just had to make it so easy to acquire so you have 2 options buff the disposition back to 1.21 or buff opticor vandal to 700 damage and give its 30% cc like its status so its equal and can actually go past 100% cc with a riven
