Ivara without "Artemis Bow"

Hello, i'm a 5 years old player. A couple of years ago, I got the pieces of ivara in the espionage. Recently I returned to the game but yesterday watching a video on YouTube I realized that Ivara could modify his exalted weapon the problem is... that in my arsenal menu the exalted weapon of ivara does not appear.

Previously I had a similar problem with wukong, nor did his exalted weapon appear to me in the normal one, however, as the prime appeared, I decided to take him and he did have his exalted weapon in the arsenal.

 

What comes to mind is that somehow when they introduced this system of exalted weapons, my warframe as they were obtained before this system ran out of that update. That is why I need some developer or someone to give me a solution, since I have invested forms, exilus adapter, time, etc. in ivara and I don't like the idea of having to erase the current one and make myself another one as I had What to do in the case of wukong. 

 

I appreciate any help that can be given to me in my particular case. Regards

You will unlock Ivara's Artemis bow once you get her to level 10 out of 30. That's when the 4th ability officially unlocks on any warframe. So no, you don't have to worry about rebuilding another Ivara. Once you get Ivara to level 10, her Artemis bow should appear in the arsenal UI from that point onward.

This is a really subtle change that occurred (I'm not sure which update) some time ago. I think this occurs because this is your first Ivara, so she's completely new for your account. Same situation would probably occur for other exalted weapon users.

EDIT: Sorry, I now see that your Ivara is at rank 30 in the picture.

You noticed the warframe in the img is level 30 right?

Ah sorry, my mistake. That's genuinely a bug I see now. I'm not quite sure how to fix it. Maybe try re-logging in, or maybe try switching to a different frame in the arsenal and then try switching back to Ivara, or maybe try verifying the game cache from Warframe's launcher.

Thanks for your help, i'll try on those options to let you know if one of those fix my problem.
Anyway thinking on what you said "... You will unlock Ivara's Artemis bow once you get her to level 10 out of 30 ..." maybe, just maybe if i put a forma into her i'll need to reach again lvl 10, and so hopefully unlock her artemis bow that way.

I was going to sugest exactly that procedure.

Try using another Forma and leveling her again.

 

If that doesn't fix I think you could try contacting support..

Warframe support can be reached here: https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us 

On that page click on "Submit a request" at the top right to open up a support ticket. You will have to probably re-login with your warframe account details. Then select a category which is related to your problem (I think Arsenal and Inventory fits your problem). Then explain your problem in email support ticket (include your screenshot) as well and then send it off.

Support will take some time to respond (it depends on how backlogged they are), so you might have to wait a while before you get response. Try contacting support before you use the forma, just to save your forma just in case support can help fix your bug.

UPDATE

well, I tried to give my ivara a forma, however, when I reached the level of "artemis bow" and unlike wukong, excalibur, titania, etc. It does not show that the exalted weapon is gaining experience. Notice so that if someone has my problem, don't waste a forma the way i didivara1.pngivara2.png 😞
