My Umbra Forma disappeared!!

Okay so I beat the mission to get Umbra Excal, his sword and the Umbra mod. I never used it cuz I was saving it, but today I want to put it on my Zephyr and it's gone! all I have is Aura formas..

Please help, I was really looking forward to that PS boost for my main..

You do not get a umbra forma for completing the sacrifice quest.

The only way to currently get umbra forma is through nightwave.
