This is Osteva, the bastardized Warframe-Sentient amalgam of the New War, and the herald of revenge.

 

Stats Health: 100 (300 at Max Rank) | Shields: 150 (450 at Max Rank) | Energy: 150 (225 at Max Rank) | Sprint Speed: 1.1 | Polarities: 1 Vazarin and 1 Madurai with a Namaron Aura

Passive: While at maximum energy, Osteva's next ability cast gains +15% Ability Strength and +5% Magnetic Damage (If applicable) at the cost of -10% Ability Efficiency. Energy orbs each yield 5 more energy.

(1) Reprisal: Suspends the target and its surrounding enemies into the air, similarly to Bastille. Suspended targets are immune to finishers, but damage resistances or invulnerabilities are removed (not armor itself though. Basically, enemies will take full damage from all damage types and extra from damage types they are vulnerable to). For the duration, a portion of the damage Osteva takes is transferred to suspended enemies. Damage deflected by Reprisal is stored as points in the Catastrophe meter.

Damage: 12 / 25 / 37 / 50 Magnetic | Duration: 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 seconds | Casting Range: 50 m | Radius: 3 / 4.5 / 6 / 7.5 meters | Damage Deflection: -10 / -15 / -20 / -25% | Uses 25 energy | Casting Type / Time: One-Handed / 0.5 seconds (similar to most first-tier abilities like Fireball, Pull, or Soul Punch)

Damage dealt and damage reduction (to a maximum of 60%) both increase with strength. Everything else should be self-explanatory.

(2) Intervene: Osteva teleports forward, creating an explosion immediately on cast and reemergence. Allies in the radius gain health, while enemies take Cold damage and are knocked down. If Osteva has no shields left on cast, he and his allies' shields are restored instead of health, with the ability of granting overshields. Holding the button to cast will show a projection of where the teleport will place Osteva and the explosion radii. Affecting three or more enemies with one cast adds 300 points to the Catastrophe meter.

Damage: 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 Cold | Teleport Range: 2.5 / 5 / 10 / 15 meters | Radius: 2 / 5 / 7 / 10 meters | Restoration: 20 / 40 / 60 / 100 Health or Shields | Uses 35 energy | Casting Type / Time: Two-Handed / 1 second (similar to Switch Teleport, Terrify, or Paralysis)

Explosion radius is not affected by range while the teleport range is. Damage and restoration increase with power strength. Unaffected by duration.

(3) Damage Gate: While active, Osteva gains a massive damage reduction to the last damage types dealt to health or shields and is immune to all status effects. Casting again adds 100 points per Gate to the Catastrophe meter and allows the creation of a new set of Gates.

Damage needed to form a Gate: 300 / 300 / 250 / 200 | Damage Resistance from Gates: 55% / 60% / 65% / 70% | Maximum number of Gates: 1 / 1 / 2 / 3 | Uses 10 energy and drains 2.5 energy per second until the maximum number of Gates are created | Casting Type / Time: Two-Handed Grounded / 1.5 seconds (similar to World on Fire, Iron Skin, or Null Star) | Void and Tau damages do not affect Gates, nor are they applicable for creating Gates.

Unaffected by strength, range, or duration. Damage needed to form a gate is affected by efficiency.

(4) Vengeful Catastrophe: Suffer their slings and arrows no longer, Tenno. Osteva unleashes all the damage in the Catastrophe meter in an ever-changing fog of damages and debuffs.

Duration: 1 second for every 1000 damage in the Cataclysm meter | Radius: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 meters | Status Chance per Second: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25% | Costs 100 energy and empties the Catastrophe meter. | Casting Type / Time: Two-Handed Grounded / 3.5 seconds (similar to Avalanche, Crush, or Shadows of the Dead)

  • Ice-storm: Deals 500 Cold and 500 Impact per second while immediately detonating enemy explosives/rockets deployed or entering in the area.
  • Nebula: Deals 500 Electricity and 500 Gas per second while causing enemies in the radius to attack in random directions.
  • Magma: Deals 500 Heat and 500 Corrosive per second with a 35% chance for enemies to panic and flee.
  • Thorns: Deals 500 Puncture and 500 slashing per second while causing enemies to trip and ragdoll.

The Catastrophe meter has no maximum, but Vengeful Catastrophe requires at least 1000 Catastrophe points to cast. Status chance increases with power strength. Radius increases with range. The type of cloud changes every 5 seconds.

 

Osteva seeks retribution. You'd be wise to grant its request, Tenno.

 

Signature Spear Gun - Adder. Spew forth a stream of Toxin onto your foes, or simply throw Adder to transform it into a deadly serpent. In the hands of Osteva, the stream of toxin consumes ammo three times for every four ammo spent.

Primary Fire: 30 Toxin | Critical Chance: 19% | Critical Multiplier: 1.9 x | Status Chance: 35%

Throwing: 275 Piercing, 25 Toxin | Critical Chance: 30% | Critical Multiplier: 2.5 x | Status Chance: 10% | Adder has an AI similar to a pet with a movement speed of 2.5 meters per second. Adder will teleport to your feet if it and the player are at a distance of 120 meters or more. You can pick up Adder, turning it back into a gun. When Adder bites a target, it consumes 7 ammo.
