A Warframe Is A Suit , So We Must Say "she" For Nova ?

The Warframes are technology so far advanced of our own that we could not even begin to understand how it works.

Perhaps the different frames can only be used by certain genders?

I no longer think that Warframes are a suit, but more of a controlled mutation made by the Technocyte virus then evolved with specific processes by the Tenno.

I mean, there is no one skinny enough to fit in Nekros' Warframe.

Originally there was supposed to be gender selection for each Warframe. Nyx was supposed to be the female Excalibur (they really do look alike when you think about it).

I know, I'm just trying to brainstorm an explanation that has some kind of lore behind it, rather than "the Devs said so"

Well the devs are pretty much the ultimate authority on the subject. There is no gender bias, but due to time/resource/whatever constraints they couldn't include it.

Tenno are people that use the Warframes, which are indeed suits. These suits help to focus the infested tissue that all Tenno using Warframes have into the powers you see them use.

Additionally, if a Warframe looks female, the Tenno inside is female. If a Warframe looks male, the Tenno inside is male. The Devs have said it many times that they are their individual characters, and by extensions have genders. Not only that, they have also said in a livestream (I forget which) that the Tenno do not switch between Warframes.

Since DE said Dark Sector is linked to Warframe lore, based on the previous wikis, the Tenno are humans that follow the principles of Hayden Tenno and using a symbiotic Technocyte suit based on his, to improve their combat prowess, helped him to create the new human golden age, the Orokin Age.

male and female hostages.

put them inside suits.

thats warframes.

nekros are anorexic men, wich dosent make much sense considering its more common with females obssesed to be super models or scared to have fat in levels that are healthy >.>.

They aren't breast though - its armor shaped like breast. Maybe Nova's are hollow and its just where they store extra oxygen or energy. For all you know it could be like a man wearing woman's shapewear.

I call her a she, because she has the titties.

Whats the point of this thread? DE said that frames are male and female type. This is like asking "Is water wet?".

Well, is it? ಠ_ಠ

In any case even if in some of you think this topic does not have to be held, it pours ink x)

You don't know that.

Not false , but we don't realy know , for some people , Tennos have gender and are "almost" human , for some other , they don't have a true body and can take the wanted form.

Btw , how do you write in color please ? thx in advance

I like to think that the Tenno are a race so advanced that they left their physical bodies and use the frames as a mean to interact. Kind of like the Elders and the Ori in Stargate.

“There she is! There she is!!! Ahhhh… not so wounded as we were lead to believe! So much the better!” -Khan, “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan

So, the Enterprise is female?  Yes, I know ships are usually in the feminine, gave me a good excuse to pull out a movie quote, but I think it applies here.

That man must also have absolutely no penis. There's absolutely no "bulge" in that area for Nova, whereas all the actual male frames have a noticeable "extra" there, including Nekros - who's the most gaunt and skeletal warframe available.

I mean really, what's with all the long stretches of the imagination here? Sure it's all well and good to ponder and discuss this mystery that the devs are blatantly keeping a mystery (That's not a BAD thing. Mysteries garner constant interest. They're smart about not saying anything totally official), but come on. At least try to find a worthy podium to stand on.

think of the people behind the suit as super scrawny human nerd dudes

I've always thought of them as a digital split personality of male/female, uploaded into the various warframe suits.

For an example of split gender personality, look at Ryougi Shiki.

My thoughts are supported by Capture missions, the Yin/Yang symbol in a dojo, and Nekros' ultimate ability.

If anyone would like me to further explain, just ask.

A warframe is a suit , so we must say "she" for nova ? or other feminine frame ?

Because it wouldn't fit most males correctly.

Also, even if Warframe are suits, that does not mean they were not designed specifically to be paired with a certain narrow spectrum of individuals or even clones.

If this is the case, separating the suit from the wearer becomes purely semantic for most purposes.

Breasts are not sexual organs.

Also, robots do not have biological organs, the concept of sex and gender do not (necessarily) apply to robots. Nova is no more a "she" than a Fusion MOA or a car.

Frankly, the Grineer aren't biological enough to have gender or sex either IMO.

Breasts are secondary sexual characteristics.

Nothing implies that Warframes don't have a biological person inside them. Indeed, many things imply they do.

Grineer are more biological than plenty of real paraplegics, and many of these people would take offense to the assertion that they aren't men or women because they happen to have multiple prosthetic limbs.

Everything points towards them being human being in suits. Almost nothing points to any other theory.

Agreed.

There are numerous statements to this effect made by Grineer and Corpus, some of whom have clearly captured and experimented upon Tenno and/or Tenno Cryopods.

Also, the need for a Cryopod implies some sort of organic biological life, as most machines would not benefit at all from such treatment.

Nobody really knows about the term 'warframe' - are the warframes the tenno - the actual alien race ? Or, are they just suits that the tenno can somehow 'morph' into ?<br />So far, the choice is up to you.
