I can't find any Vent Kid races

I looked up online for a map after racing around but nothing, I know there is supposed to be a kid on the south side of the Fortuna building leading to underground but nothing. I'm not sure if this is even a glitch or a weather constraint. Help please?

There are only 5 races available each day.  The races available today are Taxman's Curve, Kubrodon Twist, Mumsie Dadsy, Bomb The Spaceport and Frost Merchant.

I had no idea, thank you, I'll look up their locations on the map. I want to just get the 3 done for Nightwave and all.

If you hop on your K-Drive and open your Map a Symbol will appear to show your the spots the races are at.

Just hop on your kdrivw and the purple symbols for the races will show up

I actually tried that but nothing happened oddly enough, it was the first thing I had attempted since I remember the trank rifle lets me do similar by finding "a trail" on the map.

I tried it again just now and my board icon froze and the board did not show up. I just aborted and I'll go back up to Orb Valis.

Apparently, from what people say, the starter k-drive will not show the races. You must make a custom board.

You gotta craft a board you cannot use the default sadly.

My default board counted for the race, but its likely why I could not see a map of them. I'm up to Glinty now in the rankings I even got standing from doing the races to up my standing.

Can confirm; the starterboard won't show the races, but the other boards will. If you don't want to craft one but have a bit of plat, you could also grab the "daily deal" from the vent kids instead.

For now a simpler answer would be to go into Orb Vallis with a friend who has a built board and get them to stand on their board and highlight the locations for you to go to then once close enough you'll see them, I had to do that with a friend he could not see the races on the map with default board.

 

Or you could go to this link  K-Drive Race Map  scroll down past Fish Locations and Rewards you'll see today's races and go to the location then you'll see the race start point and can do them, though I'm not sure if it's the same for your Nintendo Switch platform going by your avatar description.

edit: Forgot to add that the one who cannot see the races needs to be the host, it's a bug.

Yeah, you need to buy/build a new board.

I can confirm this, I solved it today this way after looking for 2 hours

I got myself a Glinty Rank board, I can see the race locations now, thanks everyone!
