Nightware rep not adding up?

I've noticed several instances of where rep isnt actually applied.

Just now as an example, I had 10'000/10'000 for lvl 19->20.

I then finished "Enchance" (10 rare mods) - for 4.5k rep, and am now at 20 with 1650 rep.

Anyone else experiencing this? Perhaps theres a bug when you reach the next rank by killing those rep guys that pop up?

Lil miffed really, if its taken 3.5k rep this time, how much has it taken other times? Guess I'll have to start counting it myself and then write support and tell em they owe me some rep..
