Relic gone, no reward.

I was doing a capture mission in Eris, witha Axi R2 relic.

We kill the mob, we got all of us 10 void shards, we go to extraction.

Then the problem.

Regular mission reward screen pops up, no relic reward choosing menu.

Game loads, ships flying.

Back at the orbiter, there is no relic reward neither the relic I cracked open.

The relic got consumed and it didnt drop nothing, to none of us.

 

I kinda want my only Axi R2 relic back.
