Operator arcane loadouts

There are many  arcanes and amps for the operator, useful for different kinds of ingame missions.

However, the fact that operator equipment (especially arcanes) not being tied to our warframe loadouts makes adapting our operator gear for specifc missions a bit tedious.

So, I believe operator amps and arcanes being tied to usual loadouts could be a nice QoL update.

I would welcome this. For me it was especially noticable with magus elevate and magus repair. Now I just dont switch off double repair anymore because i switch frames so often.
