Third vesel for DENIAL BURSA not counting

So, I have completed the first and second vessels without a hitch, I have the DENIAL BURSA image on my third vessel and have the vessel in my gear wheel, and I have the correct quest selected.

I have killed denial bursas in a squad and I have killed them solo but the vessel does not fill up at all. also when switching active quests my third vessels image changed to the first vessels image (glowing as if it was full). I have spent two days killing bursas and have come to realise this has got to be a bug. this needs to be fixed asap or if it is "us" who are doing something wrong, then it needs to be explained to where we can understand what to do and how to do it.
