Currently cannot change the frame on display in personal quarters

Since the loadout screen change in the recent update, the frame display in the personal quarters of your orbiter cannot be changed and is stuck on whatever frame was displayed prior to the update.

Or rather it's now stuck on the slot that it occupies. If you change the loadout in that slot it will change the display, but only via your arsenal and not the Change Display function, so definitely some error here.
