Regarding discount coupons and how we spend them

Before the new UI update, on console we would manually press a separate button (r3 on ps4) in order to use and spend our discount coupon and this applied to both buying items that cost platinum and credits but now it is much more difficult to know if we are about to use it or not. 

I just accidentally wasted my 75% discount on a 15000 credit blueprint because I thought there could be a popup or something that would ask if I wanted to use my discount on my purchase.

It would be great if DE could bring back the way we used to spend our discount coupons (on console, not sure about pc).
