The Wolf of Saturn Six is still on my nightwave/Acts

so i just got back into the game after stepping away for 3 years and talked to a guy about needing nitain extract and he showed me where the nightwave stuff is BUT it shows up as the wolf of saturn six and he said thats been gone for months, how do i update it? i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and signed in under two different xbox ones.
