Too much attack speed breaks Hate ?

Hate with Reaping Spiral Stance

no attack speed mods + 105% speed increase with Warcry = 1/3 hits do no damage at all, no damage numbers, enemies don't even flinch

fury + gladiator vice + berserker without Warcry = same results

fury + gladiator vice + berserker + 105% speed Warcry = oh boy, sometimes at least 15-20 hits in a row with no damage

 

Same with Volt's Speed

I tried the Stalking Fan Stance and there was no issues
