So Will We Get That New Player Experience First Before The Empyrean Update?

I think we need this the most with so many people coming back and so many more new players trying the game because of all those trailers revealed. But then they come and they do the old one and they're like "Gah what the hell this is boring! Some false advertising right there!" then they leave and never come back.... ;(

I doubt that too many people are doing that.

If I had to guess, I'm going to say it shows up alongside Railjack. It makes sense to add it in a big gob.

I guess that's quite the long wait for them then. Hopefully, they don't just quit after tutorial. ;(

I hope they finish the melee rework before they implement the new player experience.

I'm fairly confident Empyrean is coming before the New War, and the New War was listed to be coming December 2019. So, actually for once, Soon™

That'd be nice, they also said we'd be able to replay the beginner experience when they do so we don't have to make a new account to see the updated quests.

Not talking about the new war. We're talking about the new intro and new player experience. I feel like all the new players we got joined Warframe in masses because of that trailer, only to do the crappy tutorial thing that we have right now. We keep losing like 90% of our new players cause of the boring and directionless gameplay early on where we clear the junctions with no real legitimate story content to bind everything all together.

My experience has been pretty good. Even without the help of a nice vet, I just would've ended up farming and buying a few mods after reading up on the forums and wiki.

 

Maybe in 5 more years I'll be salty like you guys, but I can't be mad with my new archwing flying through the plains like heeyaahhh Guandao smash!

On a side I think the trailer is pretty much how the game is. And you know what? I prefer being this OP instead of having a nice and balanced system or whatever. Bosses and mini bosses are the only enemies that should be hard imo.
