Much needed Loki Rework idea

Before i start i must say that sadly Loki is no longer usable and fun to play Warframe and so i hope this will get to DE. I really liked him back then in Open Beta but lately it seems to me that after all this years he remained the same as he was and so I hope my idea will help make him more pro active and more viable in end game.
Passive
25% of Damage delt by decoys would heal Loki (so he can survive attack of high level enemy)
Skills
1) Decoys
After just pushing it it would spawn decoy up to 4 max that will behave like Rescue target and only use secondary equiped or basic Lato which damage would scale with power strength mods. When the button is hold it would spawn 4 at the same time with bigger energy cost. The decoys would last 30 seconds and they could be comannded to hold position or follow. And potentialy have a heath bar. This way Loki would be finally usable in Defending points. Also it would help with damage output.
2) Invisibility.
When pushed it would make just Loki Invisible and if Hold it would make also Decoys invisible at greater energy cost. (so they dont die constantly)
3) Switch teleport
It Would do a bit of damage and when you killed enemy with that damage it you spawn stationary Decoy on place you casted this Ability from also using only secondary. (Loki was my first ever warframe and i never used this skill apart of trolling friends so it would be nice if it had some usefull mechanic)
4) Radial Disarm
This Ability would Disarm enemy and also raise damage of Decoys for every enemy hit.

Mods
Savior Decoy
Decoys woud use melee instead of secondary .

And this is it 🙂 i Hope this will get to DE and i Hope you and them will like it and Implement it.

This is a pretty bad way to start. Loki is perfectly usable. The frame being fun is totally subjective - I have never found Loki fun.

 

Your whole idea seems to totally ignore the fact that not all frames are meant to do damage. Loki is not a damage frame, try and change your suggestions to be more suitable. I do not think any of your changes are good. For example, what is the point in making my Decoys invisible when they will just break it as soon as they fire?

Loki could use a few updates (namely decoy kinda sucks and his passive is weak sauce) but you approached your rework from the wrong direction. Loki is a trickster not a dps frame. Giving damage to his decoys is just not the way forward. Second some suggestions don't even do what they are trying to accomplish. For example:

This passive will not really help loki to survive in Hight levels, the problem is loki has low effective hp , a single stray shot from a bombard will erase him from existence. Healing just does not help him at all.

Why add damage to switch teleport, the decoy swapping is a good idea.

Maybe for you. Always has been my starter and trickster, still is. And despite needing a tweak here and there he is one of the very few select frames that are both old and didn't need much change over the years. Why? Because he is still relevant and somewhat common in missions where he is useful.

Edit: Actually manage to fetch a topic on this matter, and one that actually tries to flesh out Loki's kit, unlike 99% of the rework suggestions I see for him. So far this is the only rework suggestion I actually see as benefitting Loki.

Hes a Stealth frame, hes suppose to be squishy. If you want to survive in End-Game, stay invisible, use and abuse of Radial Disarm.
Loki has already had some reworks/tweaks done to his kit over the last few years.

Decoy doesnt do Damage so this is pretty much useless, he does however have a chance to proc Impact/Puncture/Slash on enemies tho the Slash damage only deals 1 damage per tic which still means 0 benefit from the decoy.

What for? The whole idea of a Decoy is for them to be visible and be a distraction so enemies wont target you...

I see Lokis using this the whole time, specially in Spy missions, they often use it to teleport large distances through the lasers by switching place with their Decoys. Its leaves enemies that you switch with confused for a few seconds and i believe said enemy also attracts attacks from others for a wile.

Again, Decoy isnt suppose to deal damage and already does none so anything that buffs to its damage wont do any change.

My core problems with curent Loki is fact that you cant fully use him on Open maps also you dont see him on Sorties and Arbitrations and other higher level stuff because there are so many better waframes for theese missions and he is only good in in steath missions but many players rather pick Ivara. Also you can build him in just two ways and that is Melee invisibility build or Radial Disarm and thats all. I wanted to be able to build for decoys and If i couldnt play steath (which you cant if you dont play solo) i could wreck some havoc a hide between decoys. I dont want him to be biggest damage dealer but i want him to have more ways to play  when steath fails which it does many times and give him some dmg and regeneration. Every Warframe in the game does some kind of damage even Limbo so why not Loki? We dont have warframe that could control battle with his minions and Loki as a Trickster could fill this role coz when will the enemy see not two Lokis but five of them than he can control battlefield even better also it would make switch teleport faster.

Different freames have different roles. There are 40 frames, they should NOT be all the same. 4 Decoys - sounds a lot like mirage. Damage Dealing Decoys - sounds a lot like mirage. You see my point?
The other thing: just because nobody else is not using him on sorties / arbitrations doesn't mean YOU shouldn't either. I mostly run non-meta frames just because reasons.
