Missions disappearing but group remains

Anyone else having an issue where they start up a mission in public but instead of entering the mission with the random group it just puts you and the group back on the map screen and you have to re-select the mission to actually start it up properly.  I've had this happen very rarely in the past but suddenly i'm getting this issue over and over to point only i'm lucky if it works once after 10 tries
