Tyetheguy Posted August 16, 2019 Posted August 16, 2019 From what I've seen online you can taxi here as long as your mastery rank is high enough (MR 8). Since i'm MR 9 I figured it should work but recruiting chat isn't working out for me. Anybody willing to lend me a hand.
