(XBOX)Lady Nataleigh
Easier to summarize it here. I've encountered this bug once on Plains of Eidolon and now it's happening on Fortuna. The bug is that when you're in Orb Valius and go back into the elevator to load back into Fortuna, what happens is while trying to load your progress, the game forces you to abort as it's unable to "Update your progress." Which what happens next is that you're stuck in the Fortuna loading area and unable to escape unless you restart the game. Trying to boot yourself back to orbit won't work as it'll tell you that you're still loading or something like that. I've encountered this issue in PoE and waited over ten minutes for it to still keep me there, so it locking you in there for whoever knows how long is the annoying part. Rebooting the game is the only way to get out of it and deleting then re-installing the game is the only way to fix it. I've tried clearing my game cache before because I had this issue happen with main missions, but it never fixed the PoE issue. Kind of surprising it's now happening in Fortuna now because this issue happened a few months ago with PoE. (XBOX)Lady Nataleigh
Oh, I've already fixed it by re-installing the game. I don't know if sending a ticket would do much TBH. Now if it ends up happening again after re-installing the game, then I'll definitely contact support then. What I believe it could be was the cache having issues as that has solved the issue with it doing it normal missions before (Plus, it decreases the download size, removing excess filler you could say). Edit - The bug has returned and I've contacted DE support about it. Edited August 25, 2019 by (XB1)LT Seanoodle
