Within the labs of Luna lie untouched remnants of a fallen empire. For centuries the Orokin were seeking to harness whatever they could find in order to expand their golden empire. So what could they have been trying to control before their demise? Quest: (Given by Cephalon Simaris after you complete "The New Strange" and "Octavia's Anthem") Hunter after analyzing the data from Cephalon Suda's archives I have finally found a clue as to the source of that mysterious voice. We must go to Luna, I am close to discovering the mysterious voice after so long. Do you too thirst for knowledge Hunter, will you help me? <accept> Excellent the hunt continues, go, I shall inform you of our next move once you arrive on Luna. (As you help Cephalon Simaris find clues and the origin of the voice you find the remnants of an old Orokin laboratory, Ballas's private lab, where they were working on Quasar) While fighting through ancient Orokin security and Sentients you discover journals or recordings that discuss the experiences of two Tenno who were trapped in the labs. As well as the labs other purpose, to create tools/weapons for the Sentients. One Tenno stayed behind creating a distraction (Quasar) while the other Tenno (Chroma) managed to escape but unfortunately succumbed to madness many years later and many more centuries later till we put him out of his misery in "The New Strange.". STATS: Gender: Male Health: 250-1000 Shield: 0 Energy: 165-275 Armor: 250 Maximum Run-speed: 1.0 ABILITIES: Hide contents Passive: All consuming, Quasar will pick up any object (only the environment is safe, for now). Consuming anything will heal Quasar for a small amount and add mass to Quasar. Mass table below: Hide contents Objects with Health- Mass equals to health. Heals Quasar 1% health Enemies Corpse- Mass equals to health (of the enemy when it was alive). Heals Quasar 1% health Resources- 50 mass. Heals Quasar 1% health Ammo- Mass equal to the amount of ammo. Heals Quasar 1% health Health and energy pick up- 25 mass. Heals Quasar 1% health Credits – have no mass at all. 1.Ergo: 25 energy When you tap 1 Quasar will expand the black hole in his hand, this shield will block all frontal damage. Blocked damage is converted into mass. Quasar can use his secondary while wielding this shield but cannot use melee or primary. Rolling, bullet jumping or releasing the 1 key will throw the black hole. After being thrown, the black hole will expand and attract all projectiles nearby absorbing them. The Black hole will stop moving as soon as it hits an enemy, wall, or ground. The damage of these projectiles is also converted into mass. This black hole deals damage equals to its mass to all enemies on its effect radius. Black holes will pick up all objects in their effect radius. Note: Up to 4 black holes may be active at any given time. This ability cost 1 black hole. If there are no available when this is skill was cast, the oldest black hole will collapse. 2. Consume Mass 50 energy Throw one black hole, this black hole will move to the target location. Upon reaching the target location the black hole will increase its radius and star sucking all enemies nearby and dealing radiation damage to them. Upon this black hole collapse Ergo will release an energy pulse restoring 5 energy per enemy consumed by this black hole. Black holes will pick up all objects in their effect radius. Note: Up to 4 black holes may be active at any given time. This ability cost 1 black hole. If there are no available when this is skill was cast, the oldest black hole will collapse. 3. Singularity 25 energy + 3 energy/s Collapse yourself into the black hole in your gut. In this state, you are immune to damage and unable to use weapons. Any damage taken while in this black hole such as bullets, lasers, etc will be converted into mass. While in this state, you may swap places with any active black hole by aiming at it and pressing the left mouse button This black hole will suck all objects on a 25 meters radius Upon leaving the black hole will release 25% of his current mass. The released mass will start orbiting Quasar for 30 seconds, dealing damage to all enemies on a 2.5 meters radius and reducing incoming ranged damage. Note: both the damage reduction and the damage/s scale with the mass used, but both are capped at 90% and 2000 impact damage/s. Note: the teleport function is a reference to worm holes 4. Critical Mass 100 energy Call back all black holes and encase Quasar in a mirror like substance, Quasar will be immune to damage while covered by this substance. For each second encased in this substance there will be an increase in Quasar's current mass. The “mirrors” will shatter after 5 seconds but the mass has been increased by 3x. The explosion will deal radiation damage equal to the mass at the time of the shattered mirrors. Quasar may shatter the mirrors whenever he wants by recasting the skill. If there were particles orbiting Quasar during the explosion they will be released as well. The orbiting particles will be launched at extreme speeds, knocking down all enemies on their paths and dealing damage equals to the mass used to create these particles. Funny thing is, the details for Super-Radiant are actually something we could implement in real life today and use as a power generator! The kaboom that the ability is centered around is what happens when you leave it for too long and don't release the energy. The energy colour mechanics would be interesting to see as well. Check out Science & Futurism with Issac Arthur on youtube or podcast of choice. You'll get some great ideas on how to use black holes from there, and who knows, other ideas for other frames aside that would fit in quite nicely with a scifi theme. If not, its still a great 15-20 mins of time well spent.

Replace the guaranteed orbs for a chance. This ability can generate to much energy. Maybe add a bulltet atractor on top of it so you can protect objectives or allies. Long duration on invunerable states promote afking. You can also go with this route , since you like Inaros/Nidus I think you like tank bois so here my second sugestion. Casting the 3 will activave the black hole in his belly. This black hole will absorb 90% of all projectileon a 3 meters radius of Quasar , adding their damage to critical mass. Additionally , holding 3 while this skill is active will consume energy per second but will grant the fallowing effects. Quasar will become invulnerable ( the rest of his body is inside the black hole) and the bullet absorption effect has its radius incresed to 9 meters. Personally I think tje second option is more interesting but for the sake of balance I don't recomend it. If it is implemneted Quasar will be a cc warframe , that can build up a nuke and it is fairly tanky to boot. Also remenber to add enemenies that die under the effect of this skill will have their health , shields and armor add to the critical mass. As a note to both his 1 and 2. This is a diferent way to achieve a similar scaling to equinox day form nuke. My last adition, the passive now helps quasar to built up critical mass. Just add the fallowing effect: whenever Quasar picks up loot (ammo , energy , mods , resorces ) increses the current critical mas by 1%. About the extra effect on his 4 I think either @NebulousDraco or @(PS4)JayCeeV3 have a better shot at helping you. I don't undertand black holes at all. (You keep the items you pick up, you just also get health from doing so)

I agree with the second option being more interesting, however, there is already an in-game example of a cc warframe that can build a nuke in Garuda, but Garuda can regain health and energy really quickly if done right. So exchanging high health and energy regen for having a lower health and energy regen, and being kinda tanky isn'tthat big of a stretch.

It was a feeling of redundance. Quasar 1 already sucks projectiles , having his 3 being an aura that sucks projectiles feels redundant. I think I've figured out a way to make it work. I will post it as soon as I have it all figured out.

The background colors, the spacing between lines is too big, more minor issues... But this is nothing compared to the real issue: it's hard to understand what each of the abilities does... Your writing have problems and you can describe your abilities better. I can help you with that but I'm short on time right now and I need confimation from you that I understood your abilities correctly. Something I've been tought: if you can't describe it in one or two sentences, it's either too complicated or you describe it badly. For the content itself now that is out of the way: Stats seems fine for now. It's there to give an idea and not to be final. Abilities: Passive. Basicly Vacuume. You just found a fancy way to say it. Better be straight to the point next time, remember it wasn't ment for you to read, but for others. Awsome for a passive considering the black hole theme. Ergo. Basicly Garuda's 1 with Titania's 1 instead of damage. Both even store damage when shooting the shield... I think you can do better then that. I did like the idea of absorbing damage and the synergy with the ultimate ability. I can think of something if you want. Consume Mass. I have no idea what is going on here. Quasar creates a black hole on his shoulders, but according to the next sentence it's on the ground somewhere. According to another sentence there are many of them actually... What does "Event Horizon" mean? I'm confused. Singularity. I like this ability. It acts like Nyx's Absorb, but doesn't step into her shoes and tries to copy. This is what I like to call "Claustrof**kia Ability": when you are surrounded by enemies and close to die, so you get claustrophobia and f**ked at the same time. An ability like this is the answer to these situations, to give you a moment to breath in the mess. It is also limiting you with just the right balance. You are immune to damage, but can't hurt anyone. Once you leave this state, it's back to regular gameplay. I think however you can do it better: Toggle instead of duration based. Drain energy while in this state. I want to have control over what is going on. On leaving this state, health orbs will spawn near Quasar depending on how much damage he absorbed. This is for squad mates to pick up. Making Quasar more usful for the squad and not just himself. Critical Mass. I like it, and I like how every other ability builds toward this ability and making it stronger. Feels like the player is getting rewarded for using the entire kit. Tell me if you want help rewriting the abilities. I will do what I can.

What does "Event Horizon" mean? I'm confused It's a bit harder to grasp due to "cute" and fluffy wording. Basically it is vortex , but it can forces the enemies to drop loot(health and energy ). You can only have 2 of these active at any given time since he only has 2 shoulders. There is a interesting visual/kit going on in this frame. His 1 uses the black holes in his hand , his 2 uses the black holes in his shoulders and his 3 uses the black hole in his belly. The 4 uses all the mass acquired to nuke everything around equinox style.

Only that the capabilities of passive and each skill(s) seems to be familiar already by Mod(s) or other Warframe(s) feature. Hope you don't mind if I throw-off a bit of my idea dealing with your concept and somehow just to suffice if ever be better. Free ideas can never be perfect unless D.E. has something in mind to make it look better, or the best - that doesn't piss the majority of players though (I hope). Passive: Nexus Hollow - every # seconds, summons a black hole that only allows Quasar and squad mates to enter and sends you or member(s) in random location of the map. The hole lasts # seconds after apoearing with a waypoint sign. The hole appears the same manner as that of a "Focus School" buff. 1. Ergonomic Fissure: Creates a black hole sized for his hands for # seconds allowing Quasar's projectiles to enter, as it exits through a white hole (towards enemy(ies)) which now deals #.# times lethal damages to enemy target(s) and #% chance to vanish enemies into atoms and drops #% chance loot behind. 2. Dark Consummation: Horrifies the area (has that dark-lighting effect when stalker approaches), having multiple (Quasar) specters run-around the tileset that either spooks-off enemies or chase it, weakens enemy stats at the same time for # seconds. 3. Cosmic Passing: Activate and while bullet jumping (enhanced its strength as well), leaves a white hole blast that explodes the area causing impact and heat damage. Reduces # seconds for Nexus Hollow to summon. 4. Black Mass Prophet: Drains energy while activated, Quasar floats in the air, immobilized and invulnerable - becomes the "Black Hole" himself; Vacuuming surrounding enemies (insta-death; except those behind walls) and adds to a counter. Deactivate or drained energy will cause diffusive aoe blast effect, leaving blast/radiation damage while suffering 50% of HP reduction (from Quasar) after (counter affects the total critical damage). Consume Mass 50 energy Throws one black hole, this black hole will move to the target location. Upon reaching the target location the black hole will increase its radius and star sucking all enemies nearby and dealing radiation damage to them. Upon this black hole collapse Ergo will release an energy pulse restoring 5 energy per enemy consumed by this blackhole. Black holes will pick up all objects in their effect radius. My note: I’ve removed the healing because now the healing portion got bundled in the new passive. I’ve swapped the 2 black hole for each skill to 4 black holes for both skill so the kit has more versatility. 3. Singularity 25 energy + 3 energy/s Collapse yourself into the black hole in your gut. In this state, you are immune to damage and unable to use weapons. Any damage taken while in this black hole such as bullets, lasers, etc will be converted into mass. While in this state, you may swap places with any active black hole by aiming at it and pressing the left mouse button This black hole will suck all objects on a 25 meters radius Upon leaving this black hole will release 25% of his current mass. The released mass will star orbiting Quasar for 30 seconds, dealing damage to all enemies on a 2.5 meters radius and reducing incoming ranged damage. Note: both the damage reduction and the damage/s scale with the mass used, but both are capped at 90% and 2000 impact damage/s. Note: the teleport function is a reference to worm holes 4. Critical Mass 100 energy Call back all black holes and encases Quasar in a mirror like substance, Quasar is immune to damage while covered by this substance. For each second encased in this substance increase Quasar Current mass. The “mirrors” will shatter after 5 but the mass has been increased by 3x. The explosion will deal radiation damage equal to the mass at the time of the shattered mirrors. Quasar may shatter the mirrors whenever he wants by recasting the skill. If There were particles orbiting Quasar during the explosion they will be released as well.
