New player need help

I need help because I can’t have the void relic opener thing, at what level am I supposed to unlock it

You open relics by running fissures

or do you mean the Refinement console? If so...complete Mars Junction

Fissure missions make use of all the Relics you gather throughout the game. 
They are indicated as Flames while in the Navigation tab of your console. 

You can any of your Relics or none at all. 

After collecting 10 Reactant you have cracked the Relic and get a random amount of Void Traces (range from 6 to 30, affected by Booster). 
 

If you collected all 10 Reactant before extraction you will be given a choice to select any reward in multiplayer. If you are playing solo one random reward will be chosen for you. If you didn't use a Relic but manage to get all Reactants you still receive the Void Traces so this is a decent way of farming them but won't get any Relic rewards. Missing Reactants at the end will neither give you Traces nor can you select any reward.

I don't quite know what these are either, I think you can use them in missions into the void and unlock blueprints from them. I've been mostly collecting them right now as I don't really do void missions yet.

Ah yes Fissure missions, Thanks!

Void Fissures and The Void are two different things. Void Fissures can be on any planet node while The Void is more like a planet with a bunch of nodes. As stated you can find what Void Fissures are available under the Flame Icon on the Star Chart (along the top right). Choose which level (planet node) then a screen comes up where you choose which relic to equip for the mission. There are 4 levels of relics and it depends which planet node, which type of the 4 are used for that Void Fissure.
