Claim Prizes

Once I did everything I clicked claim prize or what ever it said but nothing happened and I didn't get anything

I think he is referring to the daily login? Only thing I can think of that has any "claim prize" screen.

 

OP: once you click "claim reward" on the daily reward screen, items are automatically deposited into your inventory and you load into the orbiter as per every other login. There are no fireworks.

actually, login items are claimed as soon as it tells you what you got. you can tell, because if you get a booster you can see the symbol for it in the top right before you even click accept.
