Loading rewards on fissure

We had a full party of radient W1 relics, and 2 of us from the group couldn't click on any reward because we had Loading... on each option, but we saw the bronze, silver and golden icons which indicates the rewards...regardless we couldn't click on the Wukong Prime blueprint, came in a result of having my own reward instead (Forma).

I didn't mind the icons doesn't appear, because I saw the golden sign... but I definitely consider this a bug, it never happened before. Not to mention it happened group wise, not just me.
