Didn’t know when the unvaulting would occur, if ever. Also, Excab and Rhino were the first 2 frames I started forma-ing, so I just wanted to see what was possible.

Don't worry. It's not a big deal... It's only 5 days worth of game time. Plus, it really is preferable to spend a potato and maybe some forma on some of your beginner frames than to wait potentially years for an unvault. There's nothing wrong with what you did at all! At least the normal version got you where you are now... And you should have a very large stockpile of built forma now!

That said, Rhino Prime does have ~40% more base armor. I'd say he's worth a few evenings of forma-ing him. Heck, you probably need less than 5 forma because he's a prime frame with more innate polarized slots.
