Dog Days Glyph needs a Dog Days related method of acquisition

Really not sure why it wasn't included in Dog Days. I mean maybe it wasn't ready until after Dog Days but you wanted it in game before the next Dogdays? 

Still I think this is the first time I've ever been borderline salty about missing out on a Gift of the Lotus Alert. Tho I suppose that was kinda maybe my fault for forgetting that there where alerts after the devstreams. Then having more important IRL stuff come up after seeing the alert rewards. Then totally forgetting about the Alerts until I was reading an unrelated thread on the Steam Forums just now. Loggingin frantically even tho I knew it had been well past the 24hr Gift of The Lotus Alert window. 

That's actually something I would have bought in the DD shop if it had been a thing and it certainly would have made way more sense than all the misc Hydroid themed SWAG. I mean I get it, he's wet but it did feel kinda placeholder.

No given out would have been, "Oh and hey surprise everyone who got through rank 4 gets the Dog Days Glyph" or hell anyone who completed Rank1

This was an even related Glyph that was handed out for a very limited time frame in a manor that was wholly and completely unrelated to the event it represents.

I actually enjoyed the OG Dog Days even tho I had to occasionally deal with a loaf in the group. It was just fun to bounce around shoot Grineer in the face but every change they've made has made me enjoy it less. 

First by implementing the pearl per kill change that on paper sounds great but just turned the event into an killstealing sweatfest. Without any recognition for people who had "played it the right way" which they certainly could have pulled off either in a back-pearl payout, which they should have had the metrics to determine or with some MacGuffin for people who had maintained an average kill count per mission above some threshold, keeping it persistent as not to lock anyone out and again something they should have had the metrics to pull off without much effort. Kinda left me feeling like I should have just AFK exploited the event while I was watching youtube instead of playing it.

Then they add the Glyph the way they did in a super narrow timed alert that had nothing what so ever to do with the event... which I still would have taken issue with even if I'd not had IRL events come up and forgotten about it until hours after the Alert was over. Now every time I see someone with the glyph it make me want to just stop playing Warframe for the day. I just don't get why on earth they would choose to release the Dogdays glyph like that....

Which kinda sucks because like I said I initially really enjoyed the event.
