Cinematic cut-scene problems when not host. Shooting and teleporting players. Can't skip.

There are several problems with cut-scene / cinematic, when not host. These problems do not happen to host and solo, only happens as a client. Most often happens in Kuva siphon on Jupiter.

1. Other players are shooting in a middle of cut-scene / cinematic.

2. When cut-scene / cinematic end, other players teleport away from spawn and go way up ahead.

3. Cannot skip cut-scene / cinematic.

When joining a random squad, there is no guarantee that the rest of the players waited for all four members prior to starting the mission. You will often load in mid-game, where players have already headed for the objective. This is how matchmaking works. The cutscene plays for aesthetic purposes, not because all players are entering the mission at the same time. This could indeed be looked at.
The inability to skip the cutscene looks like lag. Cannot be properly reproduced as it depends on the communication between the client and the host.

Here is what the problem looks like when I am host. As a host in 2 or more players, skip cut-scene as fast as possible in Jupitor Kuva Siphon missions, most other missions might happen but is somewhat more rare.

Flying players that are off the map for about 10 seconds, doesn't look good. It appears that my skip cinematic cut scene did not skip for other players, and other players may not be able to skip when it is no longer showing cinematic cut scene on host.
