Quest complete Octavia's Anthem "Please Wait..." bug :(

I just completed Octavia's Anthem.. but it's stuck on "Please Wait..." . My only option was to force quit 'cause it just would not go through with it (it being smthng to show me?).. I hope I do not loose anything by doing so, but this was my only option. Hate bugs like this 😞

got the same thing today 😞 after reading about it this issue has been around from at least 2017 so..... DE? when you force close and relog you still get the blueprint and you do not have to replay the mission (unlike when you have the bug that causes the war within quest to repeat)

Just got the same thing myself. I wonder if it's related to the fact that you start the quest finale in a Relay, instead of your Orbiter. If OA is the only quest that ends while in a Relay, that could be where the bug is coming from.
