If you alone in party with your syndicate's sigil, then you do not get a buff from your syndicate (armor, shields, health, etc. * The buff depends on the syndicate). If your team has a player with the same syndicate as yours, then you get an increase (of shields, health, armor, etc.) in 5% (* for example). If you have 3 players in the team with the same syndicate - 10% buff; 4 players - 15-20% buff.

How do you like the idea?

Is nobody really interested in this topic? Сuriously? A variety of game mechanics makes the game more interesting. New content is passed and forgotten sooner or later, game mechanics stay forever.

Honestly, I just don't find the concept interesting or intuitive, for two reasons.

I already do not enjoy how the syndicate Sigils are mandatory in order to gain extra standing for them, they honestly should have stayed cosmetic. I can understand when people want to micromanage and constantly switch between different frames for different syndicates, but considering how you can already interchange your focus school, I don't see the issue with the standing system work a similar way. If this idea was added to the Sigils, it would just feel more restricting to have to use them.

This also brings an unnecessary emphasize on having cosmetics change or effect gameplay. I know the buffs are somewhat small but I could still see issues where squads now feel they need to make sure that they all follow the same syndicate for the most "optimal" runs or setups. This can create conflicts where some players may not want to run with others just because of that. It's not something like Power Donation that's an optional aura that can be equipped on top of other gameplay effecting modifications, having to change your look shouldn't really be apart of that.

Thanks for the feedback. In general, I agree with all of what you said. The idea as a whole is not bad and is able to diversify the gameplay a bit. And I think a small buff will not change the attitude of the players to the selection of the team. Buff percentage can be reduced. I agree completely with the fact that in vain DE made a binding to the syndicate with sigil. At this stage in the development of the game, this is extremely inappropriate.
