Accessing the support page

I was trying to trade in game and got a notification that my account had been restricted from trading. 

So I go to the support page to create a ticket and it reverts me back to the log-in page. Then I have to navigate back to the support page which prompts me to log back into my account. 

I can't get to the point where I can even access the support page to create a ticket.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried clearing my history and cache.

I made sure I have enabled cookies.

I have tried 3 different browsers as well.

Have you done the 2FA for trading? It's required, you can enable that on the main page of your account.

That is a weird behaviour, and definetly something on your end (i just tried it).
Try with a different browser, maybe?
Also, your trade restriction might be due to not enabling 2 factor authentication, like Kista said.
It's kinda dumb, since Warframe's 2FA is kinda meh, but it's their policy now.

Aside from enabling 2FA, are you at least Mastery Rank 2? If not, you need to keep playing the game, level up your weapons and warframe, and take the mastery tests to get ot rank 2 before you can do any trading. Further, the 50 plat you have to start with cannot be traded out.

I am mastery rank 20. I get the same result with 2FA. I have about 700 plat.

I was able to use my secondary Warframe account to submit a support ticket. Will update after I get a reply. Thank you for the help!
