Vauban needs new rework if possible this year. Change my mind

Hello dear Digital Extremes and Warframe community, I will talk about current state of Vauban and how different is he of all other warframes. 

First ability - Charge up time is bad, 100% status chance rly doesn't change a lot, doubled dmg isn't quite a fix

Second ability - Nope... 

Third ability - His best and useful ability

Forth ability - Has the potential, but right now it's just bad

Passive - Passive is really good. Better then before the last rework. 

Comparing to other warframes in game, he kinda does not a really good job. He would be usefull if he had healing station instead of traps and bounce pads (second ability). He has a potential to become a good frame but because of how much time has passed since his last rework he has just become completely forgotten and unplayable. He needs some love. When I first time asked my friend if I should get Vauban Prime, he asked me: Why would you do that? I said: I want to try him and see how bad he really is. I hope that DE will see this sometimes soon and respond. Vauban can change his current state easily. Wukong changed like that too. DE please act quickly! DE is the best when we are speaking of listening other players. I believe in you. Change him! 

Also, reply in comments below how abilities should get reworked. I personally think that he could get one ability where he can heal himself or even other players and Bastille could get a bit more duration. Post your ideas below this text

Man, just type Vauban in the screech tab of this forum, you will see dozens of community attempts at it. Even DE has already announced they will rework Vauban.I even done one myself giving him an Exalted Sentinel/Armor.

At this point I think it is a consensus that Vauban need a rework , the question is what he needs to get to useful in the current meta but not become an entirely new frame in process.

They are already changing him and we’re gonna have to wait and see how it turns out when the rework is released.

Yeah he doesn't have to be a whole new frame, but he needs some new stuff that can make him usefull at some point

And your idea is pretty cool, but let's hope DE brings something good this time

According to Scott, his kit is getting a total rework from the ground up. They aren't just tweaking numbers or adding on to his base kit; he's getting an entirely new kit. It will likely be very similar, just modernized to today's game. Vauban is a relic from an era where the Bounce Pad was a significant mobility increase and CC was king.

They have already said Numerous Times that a Vauban rework is in the works and will happen some time after Grendel’s release.

We will get something like , tesla roler with 10% status change. Now you can charge Bastille to doble the amount of enemies it can hold. It would surprise me at this point.

I know since its Scott who said he's taking a look at Vauban and not Pablo. Pablo at least looks at ways to fix or improve things, Scott just seems to either apply minor buffs or nerf it outright. Just look at poor Ember as an example of Scott's work.

At least DE said they are taking a deeper look into crow control and it's role in the game. But I don't have my hopes up. DE has few good reworks but about half of them are half assed efforts that don't address the issue (zephyr rework , Vauban first rework ... ) or somehow make the situation worse ( I don't even play and yet I am sad )
