I stopped drinking soda years ago and recently grew to love seltzer water; I drink the stuff as much as I used to drink sugary juices, if not more. Almost all food high in sugar has been erased from my diet. The only thing left is candy and, while I'm capable of going cold turkey, I think it would be easier to find a substitute. Just brainstorming here, so anything you can add to the list would be appreciated. your common honey, then there is that natural vegan food shake which it use pure fruit and rare moment "Cocoa" which chocolate is pure sugar made by butter and sugar ( google link: https://www.google.com/search?q=chocolate+ingredients&hl=en&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiKs__K_ZTkAhXQHzQIHT9jCuEQ_AUIDCgA&biw=1920&bih=966&dpr=1 ) pretty much if you used only Cocoa pretty much your doing super healthy and give you chance reduce having too much sugar, fruit is natural sugar to keep that reminded. Another thing remember Cocoa is not cheap at all also even thou you got your hand on it pretty much you won't be happy how it taste because its very very bitter but they go good with blending fruit shake which there was one restaurant I go to pretty much its vegan stuff and it is very healthy and surprisingly it taste good but the drink is the best. Anyway if you need another thing substitute candy type or sugared drinks pretty much you have to a vegan restaurant or go online what selling vegan stuff (keep in mind some store actually selling vegan burger paddy). If you still on crazy for soda you can go for mineral water which they don't have sugar just CO2 water which another healthy to be obtaining as well. I do not recommend for you drink alcoholic or either doing drinking on thous between parties / either someone funeral for they slow down your liver causing them making you get fat because liver cannot take much those drinks and cause your sugar level remain high as to be. If your type of tea person you can try find some tea that actually naturally sweet from the bag online for I recommend you try pomegranate tea (example picture in spoiler) Spoiler once brew in nice hot water and adding the tea bag in the water pretty much this will give you nice refreshing taste being healthy in some ways.
