Question

My friend hasn't played WF for about one year, thus his account turned into inactive account.

Here is the problem, when he try to log in he will receive a mail with active URL.

And this CANNOT active his account but just bring him to WF homepage.

I ask DE for help but they tell me that he need to submit a ticket for help by himself.

BUT, he CANNOT LOG IN now, what should he do?

He can make a new account and submit a ticket. I have no idea what he has tried. Maybe the support site lets him login?

When DE tells you how to get something fixed, do it. That is probably going to be the only way to get it fixed.

I will ask him try it.

But what's the difference ? I have all information of his account(email, password, even purchase record), looks like honesty can't solve any problem.

Same answer as when you made this other, identical topic. Contact support. Do what support says.

We tried.

Please, how to contact support without log-in?

Support said nothing because I CANNOT log-in, I even can't  contact support.

Do you understand what "PLEASE LOGIN TO ACCESS THE ZENDESK PAGE" means?

The difference is you aren't owner of the account and if support just accepted "I know stuff about this account and this person is my friend" as proof of anything stealing locked accounts would be very easy.

Edit: Btw you really shouldn't know your friend's login details...

For one, you are violating  ToS/EULA. You could also be banned as a result. Violating the rules will not solve the problem. I would also suggest explaining to your 'friend' why sharing this amount of account information is a terrible idea.

The person that owns the account should contact DE. It really isn't anyone else's business. If you are not the account owner, drop it.

Let's be real here. Looking at what OP said so far in this thread, they don't even know for themself that account sharing isn't the smartest thing to do...
