Arbitration death bug + drones losing their glow

Did an infested excavation arbitration earlier and noticed something strange. Had a teammate go down, and instead of him dying and the revive tower spawning, he instead went into bleedout mode and was able to be revived. Chalked it up to a bug, except it happened to a second player, and he was able to hold E to respawn, as you would in a normal mission. To be crystal clear, this was not the normal arby 'collect 5 resurgence burdens' mechanic, going down functioned as it would in a regular mission of any type.

In addition to that, I noticed the arbitration drones were sometimes not glowing with their pink aura, making it very hard to see them sometimes. Unfortunately I couldn't get a screenshot, but if I see it again and circumstances permit I'll try to grab one. This all happened on one of the corpus ice planet maps if that info is helpful in any way.

I've also had this happen on an Interception type mission, against the Infestation. Two different players were able to self-revive like normal, dunno if either was the host or if both were client. It's only occurred once out of 50+ arbitrations, so it appears to be fairly uncommon.

In my case, it was the host and one client who went down and got to revive.
