Yeah lmao and nothing confirmed otherwise.

And considering all the stroies that in-game lore describes like Rhino prime one for example where he was goring people and eating their chuncks and was calmed once reached kids' cells, thats the theory that only umbra were made of living people that needs confirmation and not vice versa

By which you mean an unspecified prototype warframe? None of the Prime Codex Entries specify that they are referring to primes (The Ember entry doesn't even feature a warframe). Again, all this shows is the moment where the Orokin realised they could use the Zariman children to placate the Warframes. It does not state anything about when the Primes were made relative to the Prototypes.
