Maxed out items doesnt show the symbole when you try to buy the blue print

when i go to settings >> profile >> my profile >> ewquipment: I can see the gun that I already maxed ranked them:

 

 

then when i go to arsenal then equip find the weapon i want  it doesn't show that symbol anymore:

 

or even in the blueprint buying screen:
