Submitted a ticket about some lost items this Saturday and I haven't gotten a respond yet. 

 

So how fast is the support supposed to be? And what days is the support working?

On the few tickets I've sent, I never received responses on Saturday or Sunday. They usually got back to me on Monday/Tuesday, but that was when there wasn't as much ticket traffic.

9 months and counting..

 

My roommate got hacked and didn't get a reply for 8 months. He gave up and closed the ticket himself. Ex-employees have said that they actually prioritize people based on how much money they spend and that there are some issues that they are simply not allowed to respond to.

 

The glories of poor management/Publishers.

Depends on the issue, you also have to remember they have a small team and they're not a AAA producing massive company.

But their support is awesome when they do get to your issues. My response times have varied from hours to weeks.
