For future Thermia Fractures, have patrolling & roaming Coolant Raknoids

This pains me a lot since I usually play on Solo that I have to travel back to Exploiter numerous times to carry all 4 Coolant Canisters over to a distant Fracture, and it wouldn't been worst without Archwing.

This had been proposed already from other people, but have a squad of 4 Coolant Raknoids patrol around the Vallis similar to scouting parties that constantly roams near you. This lessens the hassle of gathering the Canisters over to a Fracture far away from Exploiter. Not only that, some players are given the choice to use 1, some, or all the Canisters in their Fractures as well.
