You Don't Have The Required Components To Build This Item.

I recently bought the Akbolto blueprints, and I have the required materials which are: 20,000 credits.

 

But when i press the grayscale button on top of the "10 Hours 20,000 Credits" button, it says "You don't have the required components to build this item." Why is that?

You need parts and/or materials to create a weapon, not only credits.

Well, first you have to have two boltos, then you have to select each one (I don't remember exactly but I think you did that by clicking on the photo of each bolto in the akbolto blueprint?)

You need to click on the Boltos to 'equip' them in the blueprint

Ohh i see the required materials now. But how do you get a bolto....

You have to build two boltos first (buy the blueprints for em and build em)
