50kbps download speed, that the #*!% happened, I used to be able to download at ~1-3Mbps

this Update in particular is doing a lot more than just downloading some data (there's some heavy processing of the data involved), so it'll take longer to complete the Updating step than usual. 
from reading my I/O activity when i was updating i was actually Downloading at ~300KBytes/sec, then including the time taken to process and add/change/delete a lot of backend data is what makes the Launcher take much longer than just a few seconds to complete this particular Update.

Dang Im at the phase of my warframe life where I pop on for my daily login and move on. 20 minutes to DL 40 mb effectively means no more warframe for me lol. I don't think so.

Seriously, I got 20 minutes left on this update. Had I known that it was gonna take this long I would have had the game update while I was cooking dinner.
