supermumbo
Attempting to perform the High Noon stance mod for gunblades' "Desperado Zeal" melee combo does not function properly. Inputting E, RMB + E, E, E, & R does not pull off the combo. After inputting the RMB + E part, aiming your other guns cancels the combo. Is there something I'm not aware of that is causing the combo to be interrupted, or is it a bug?
[DE]Tweep
You do have to press both of them at the same time, otherwise I have had no issues on my end, if this still presents an issue please let me know and we can look into it further. If you want block combos to work right, you either have to run melee only, or get shot at with your melee out, because RMB automatically switches you back to whatever ranged weapon you were using before you switched to melee. Trust me, it's irritating for sword and shield weapons because Guardian Derision builds. Edited September 10, 2019 by Kerberos-

Keep the RMB pressed at all times if that is the combo you want. In other words in order to perform E, RMB + E, E, E, E you press RMB+E, RMB+E, RMB+E, RMB+E, RMB+E, Same with the backwards and forwards combos. Pause combos require you to tap the E slower and charge combos require you to keep the E longer pressed, That applies to all taps (for convenivence), not just the one tap. Except for one slight issue. This only works if you are running melee only. If you running a weapon in the Primary or Secondary slot, then Block combos cannot be performed unless an enemy shoots you at the exact moment you need the block input. If you attempt a block combo with a ranged weapon equipped, the game automatically cancels the combo by switching you to your equipped range weapon. This has been an issue ever since Melee 2.9 dropped, and it is going to remain an issue for the foreseeable future.

The combo works on input not on actually parrying. As long as you are pressing E while having RMB pressed you will be performing the RMB combo. Unless you press too slow for the attack speed you have, then it will switch to primary aim, but switching to primary weapon doesnt cancel the combo anyway.
