[Concept] Interactive NPC- Mini Side Quests in Cetus and Fortuna

We all know the NPCs in the open world relays such as Cetus and Fortuna, but aside from being introduced to us in the introduction quest or not at all we dont get any kind of tasks from them, we can trade items for other items and standing but that is not really an interaction that gives you a feel that you really are talking to a person. So here are some ideas to make the Cetus/Fortuna a bit more interesting with mini side quests given by the vendors.

Cetus:

-Konzu- A mini quest where we go to make Konzu's early lunch in cetus. There is a little area in cetus with pots that have something in them which looks like a stall that sells food. SO in this quest we would have to pick up some resources form the plains that will be used to make his lunch items such as fish and plants.

-Hok- Visiting Hok a few times we know that he has a somewhat lazy assistant. So he would send us on a quest where we would pull a prank on him. While there are many possibilities and Im no prankster the only thing I could think of is get some charcoal from the children(who are using charcoal to draw on walls somewhere in cetus) and draw him a mustache while he is sleeping(which he will be for the duration on the mini quest)

-Old man Suumbaat- We know he is the gems and ores person in Cetus. We could help him make a wedding ring for some ostron person, we would have to bring him some plains ores and maybe some fortuna ores which he would ask for, some of them being rare but most common. He wants the ring to be special so he would use all kidna of gems to make it look good. Or instead of a ring be it a necklace.

-Fisher Hai-Luk -We can be sent to scan/gather plants from all around the system for a special bait for a very special fish, which she refuses to tell us about. The fish is supposedly 600 years old and after studying a lot about fish she discovered that the special bait form rare plants would make the fish appear near cetus. Spoiler: She doesnt catch is but she just want to look at its beauty, even tho she tried throwing a net at it and the fish escaped.

-Master Teasonai- Teasonai's rare kuaka has somehow escaped from her cage and is somewhere in cetus and we have to find her.

-Nakak- She has ran out of paint for her new masks. You are tasked to go and find her some paint in cetus. The catch is you have to ask Hok for it as he uses it to paint his zaws and wont give any to Nakak for her "childish crafts" so you have to strike a deal with him and give some recources and a bit of credits till he can hand over the pain(general resources like polymer bundles, salvage, alloy and like 3k credits)

-Saya(Even if not a vendor she could use some attention)- You are tasked to donate a at least 2 floofs to the children of cetus so they can be happier and have toys.

-Onkoo- He is doing some research on sentients and would like you to assist him using your void powers. He asks of you to simply Void Blast some sentient cores he has and see how they would react, then take those sentient cores and throw them in water near cetus tower, and then they would glow and go to the cetus tower.

Fortuna:

-Eudico- Eudico and Zuud had gotten into a little fight and wont talk to each other directly so its your job to send messeges form to to another till they sort it out.

-Zuud- She send you to get some materials from Smokefinger, unfortunately we find out Smokefinger hasnt got the materials she asked for so you have to go to the Orb Vallis and get them. Materials include a few gems and some materials found in the Vallis(no plants). Then you return to Zuud and give her the items and then go to Smokefinger and tell him the job is done.

-Legs-He has some new MOA he wants you to test, so he gives you the MOA and you run a little simulation he has set up in the Vallis where the vent kids try running the MOA(and you) over with their K-drives, so you need to dodge them and the MOA will follow as you move, if done correctly and the MOA is intact the quest is done. If failed one can retry from Legs in Fortuna.

-Biz- He has been doing some business with some corpus employee who scammed him. The info contained a location of a rare animal form the orb vallis and the corpus had captured it and now its set to be a corpus commander's dinner, and we are going to save the animal. We are sent to run a 2 stage bounty, in first we hack a vault and in the second stage we go to research labs and free the animal, take the animal outside and call for pickup by Biz or we can walk it to Fortuna, if we choose to walk it there the animal would have a health bar and we need to defend it. The mini side quest is over when we done the bounty and returned to fortuna and talked to Biz.

-Smokefinger- He needs us to gather some plains of eidolon and orb vallis gems/ores, few are rare but most are common(About 7 different types, 2 rares). 

-Ticker- Ticker knows of a solaris worker who is too afraid/shy to ask help from Ticker, so we are sent tot talk to that worker and convince them that it would be better for them to get help form Ticker. here we have two options, we can send them to Ticker after talking to them for a bit, or we can pay for their debt in debt bonds and some credits right there without them needing to go to Ticker. Whatever happens we go back to Ticker and tell him of what had happened.

For the rewards I felt like we could use more decoration from the faction the NPC is in, its a small item that adds a bit to the orbiter. I felt decorations were acceptable as there are not enough earn-able decorations in the game.

Rewards:

Konzu: Cetus styled:plate, spoon, fork, knife

Hok: Weapon rack which can hold a single weapon to be displayed

Old Man Suumbaat: The special ayatan scultpure he has on his table, while its an ayatan it cant be traded to Maroo for endo but can be filled with stars and only serves as a decoration.

Fisher Hai-Luk: Lumi dye and Pharoma decorations or her helmet and waist attachment for operators

Master Teasonai: Kavat and Kubrow noggles

Nakak- Oberon mask for operator

Saya- 3 Drawings from cetus children

Onkoo- Mini Cetus Tower statue

Eudico: Fortuna board that next to Eudico(her left)

Zuud: Primary/Secondary weapon display case

Legs: Modular MOA articula

Smokefinger: New offering: PoE and Orb Vallis gems decorations 5 refined gems/minerals=1 decoration(PoE gems can be moved to Old Man Suumbaat)

Ticker: Debt bond decorations and debt bond decoration offering, 3 debt bonds=1 debt bond decoration

I like the idea, especially the idea of weapon displays!
