As shadow blood pointed out recruiting is where to look.  If you have a relic your wanting to get the item from your best bet is a share group.  Everyone brings the same relic at the same rarity so you get multiple rolls on the loot table and maximize the odds of getting what you want.  Radshare for silver and gold drops.  Intact share for the bronze drops.

Handy guide for recruiting chat short hand H means that person is putting together a group so whisper them for an invite.  LF means the person posting the message doesn't really want to do the mission but will come if someone invites them.  LF rarely gets an invite because typing "H [Relic] Radshare" normally gets a full party PMing you faster than searching the spam for 3 LFs wanting to do what you want.

As Ohforf3 stated relic shares will be your best bet.  On PS4 (idk if it's the same on pc/xbox/switch), there are people who host 'relic share', not just rad or intact shares.  This 'relic share' is normally done if there are multiple rewards from a relic they are looking for and are just starting, or they just want to burn the relic.

Posting 'LF y-relic rad' or 'H (hosting) y-relic rad' will most definitely help you.

If you are short on reactant, running a few survivals for a few rounds burning random relics will help.

Dude you can't just leech the reward.

when it first started i had several groups where 3 of us tackled the fissures while 1 went elsewhere, running everywhere doing *shrug* who knows what, certainly not fissures, doesnt help that there is/was no specific grouping process for it so you end up (esp now) with people with contrasting intent, soem want to fish, some mining, some wanting fissures all stuck together.
