Akzani signature weapon mechanics (Mirage)

akzani signature weapon mechanics haven't been devised/implemented yet. how about:

- in darkness: akzani gains +40% reload speed

- in light: akzani gains +40% fire rate

here's another idea: 

interaction with mirage 2: shooting the jewels with akzani makes them momentarily emit a tracking laser that ticks once (for every hit) dealing prism's damage

If this is how akzani interacts with Mirage, can we at least get an Akzani Prime? We have a Mirage Prime.

there still aren't any akzani signature mechanics for mirage

here's yet another idea, I think beter than the earlier two i've had: give akzani innate Energizing Shot bonus (that stacks with the mod)

(Energizing Shot is a mod that enables picking up energy orbs by shooting them)
