(PSN)Proto2601 Posted September 19, 2019 Share Posted September 19, 2019 After finishing the War Within quest about two weeks ago, I haven't received a personal quarters blueprint, which I didn't realise at the time until I found out I needed it to progress past Chains of Harrow. I gave it a day just to see if it would update on reset (it was worth a try), but nothing happened. I also can't find the segment in the market or purchase it directly, and after asking region chat, no one knew what had happened, so I've arrived here.
