[Fixed] [JP] Arbitration translation is weird for Japanese

[Chuzume]

Arbitration is translated as "仲裁" by Japanese clients.

But "仲裁" often means "the use of an arbitrator to settle a dispute" 

In Japanese, it seems natural to translate to “裁定”.
