Eudas
There are some UI issues with appearance items behaving a) as if they had been selected-confirmed and b) sticking around after leaving the submenu even when they are unowned. (Note that they aren't "really" selected, as the appearance changes don't stick past leaving the arsenal, but still.) go to orbiter> equipment> arsenal. go to your warframe> appearance. go to {attachments, helmet, skins} - pretty much any customizable option. (I'll use attachments for this example.) go to left arm attachment. select an attachment you own. observe how the model changes to display it. press ESC to go back to the previous menu without confirming the selection. observe how the selection has stuck. go to left arm attachment. select an attachment you don't own. observe how the model changes to display it. select another attachment you don't own. observe how the model changes to display it. press ESC to go back to the previous menu without confirming the selection. observe how it is still displaying and has stuck. exit arsenal. observe how the 'stuck' items disappear. Eudas
Note that, on the "item you don't own", the selection won't "stick" unless you change it twice. Hence steps 8 and 9.
Eudas
Further note: this only works on item that have "No X selected." If you have something in that slot, and try to do this, it won't work.
Eudas
And last note: it appears like deliberately setting an occupied slot to None will clear out all of the buggy displayed items. I really hope I'm reporting an actual issue and not just 'yeah that's by design, noob'. Hah.
